Refund & Cancellation Policy

This website, koninternational.online, and its pages including survey.koninternational.online, are operated by Kon International, an MSME-registered proprietorship owned by Anbustalin R, based in Velachery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Clinic software founding reservation (₹999)

You get your full ₹999 back in either of these two situations:

Outside these two situations, the reservation cannot be cancelled for a refund. The ₹999 remains part of your ₹14,999 founding price.

2. Balance payment (₹14,000)

The balance is paid at delivery, when the software is installed and working on your hosting. If installation cannot be completed because of a problem on our side, you will not be asked to pay the balance until it is fixed.

3. Custom projects and services

For websites, apps, automations and other custom work, refund and cancellation terms are those in the written quotation or agreement for that project. Unless that document says otherwise, payments for work already completed are not refundable.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@koninternational.online or message us on WhatsApp at +91 77087 80384 with your name, phone number and payment reference.

5. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are started within 5 working days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or UPI app, the money usually reaches your account within 5–7 working days after that.
