This website, koninternational.online, and its pages including survey.koninternational.online, are operated by Kon International, an MSME-registered proprietorship owned by Anbustalin R, based in Velachery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (“we”, “us”, “our”).

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number and clinic or business name.
• Survey answers about your clinic, daily work and budget, when you take our clinic software survey. You can answer without giving contact details.
• Enquiry details you send through our website form, email or WhatsApp.
• Payment information: payments are handled by our payment partner (such as Razorpay) or your UPI app. We receive confirmation of payment (amount, date, reference) but never your card number, UPI PIN or bank login.
• Basic technical data needed to run the website securely, such as short-lived request records used to prevent abuse. We do not use advertising trackers on our survey page.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the product or service you asked for.
• To plan and improve our clinic software using survey answers.
• To process your reservation or payment, issue receipts and handle refunds.
• To send the offer, reminders or updates you agreed to receive. You can stop these at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.

We do not sell your personal information. We never send your survey answers to advertisers.

3. Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed: website and database hosting (Cloudflare), form handling (Formspree), payment processing (Razorpay or your UPI/bank provider) and messaging (WhatsApp, operated by Meta). We may also share information when required by law.

4. Patient data

Please do not send patient medical details through our website, survey or chat. Our clinic software is installed on the clinic’s own hosting, so patient records entered into it stay under the clinic’s control.

5. How long we keep it

Survey answers and related contact details are kept for up to 12 months from when you start the survey. Payment and invoice records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting laws. You can ask us to delete your details earlier.

6. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or stop messages from us, by emailing support@koninternational.online. We may need to confirm the request is yours.

7. Security

We use reputable hosting providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to protect your information. No online system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
